Gil built MetadataONE because he was tired of his own job. As a VP of Marketing managing six-figure monthly ad budgets across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta, he spent 80% of his time on execution. Not strategy. Not creativity. Just the mechanical work of keeping campaigns running across platforms that were never designed to work together.
In 2015, he decided to build what he wished existed: a system where AI agents handle the audience building, campaign experimentation, bid optimization, creative testing, and budget allocation that consumed his team. The platform now holds issued patents on its core technology for AI-driven audience targeting and campaign optimization.
Today, MetadataONE serves 200+ enterprise B2B customers including Zoom, IBM, Cisco, Notion, and LaunchDarkly. Those customers have collectively sourced over $1 billion in pipeline through the platform.

The Problem That Started MetadataONE
If you run B2B demand gen, you know the drill. You manage campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and 3 other channels.
