MetadataONE was founded in 2015 by Gil Allouche, a multi-time VP of Marketing who was tired of spending 80% of his time on execution instead of strategy. That founding frustration still drives the culture: we build tools that remove busywork so marketers can focus on what matters.
Our team spans engineering, data science, product, customer success, marketing, sales, and security. We are remote-friendly but far from disconnected, regular demos, async standups, and a shared Slack culture keep everyone aligned. Is MetadataONE fully remote?
Yes. Our team spans 8 countries across multiple time zones. We are remote-friendly by default with async communication, no mandatory morning standups, and a $1,500 home office stipend to set up your workspace. We do optional team meetups 1-2 times per year.
How long is the interview process?
Most candidates go from intro call to offer in 2-3 weeks. Four stages: 30-minute intro, 60-minute technical/domain deep dive, a short take-home exercise (2-3 hours max), then offer. We respect your time and make decisions within 48 hours of final interview.
What tech stack does the engineering team use?
